A place for people to learn to meet to hang out and to enjoy.

The Salon the Culture is the start of Association MM. In general, it’s a bar, but much more than that. The Salon the Culture will be an accommodation with cultural-activities such as Live Music, Comedy, Open Mic, Theatre, Lectures, Theme Parties and more. All the activities will be held on our stage, organized by us (Association MM and NGO Miriyawalé) and youngsters from Sikasso with great ideas. During the evening, the bar is open for drinks, aperitifs, dancing and gathering. During the weekend is party time.

There are many organizations (clubs) in Sikasso such as the English Student Club that always need a place to come together. During the day, they can use the Salon the Culture for their activities and gathering, cost free and with the stage and our materials available to them.

 

 

Who doesn’t like theme parties? Getting dressed to the theme. On every first Saturday of the month, we will come up with a great idea. Fashion party with runway show, Hip Hop party with open mic for the cool ones, special Salsa night for the older ones with live band and salsa lessons…

Theatre can say so much more. Many lessons can be learned with a good theatre piece. Sexual education and AIDS prevention, Hygiene and diseases, to learn the young ones the ancient culture of Mali. Theatre for Development NGO Miriyawalé.
