The MM restaurant will be the second part of Association MM. A simple restaurant, with atmosphere, comfort and ambiance. Our kitchen will offer a varied menu of Western and African dishes. Association MM will be a Cooperative Educational Company in which the restaurant plays a large role. We will teach our trainees (unemployed street youth) the basics of cooking. Why do we eat vegetables and why hygiene is so important for us. The Malian kitchen does not know much varied in its dishes, although cooking can be fun! Be creative and innovative and combining Malian products with Western dishes.
