To run a social cultural children and youth activity center in one of the most poorest countries is not easy, especially financial. The founders of Miriyawalé have donated all the inventory and starting coast. Gradually more donations, sponsors and funds came along to support us. (See annual report).

Our own revenues are very low. The activities are usually free, we only ask sometimes for a contribution. For a party $0.18 and for the movie night $0.08. Subscription to the center coast $0.18. Many people are pore in Mali, we reach for the children of the pore. We therefore raise no financial threshold to not overshoot our goal.

With the materials and students of our work and study courses we try to collect our own revenues and create a sustainable future for the center.

The year 2011 will be a exiting year because of the start of our production and sewing classes. The products will be sold in the Netherlands in cooperation with Camara&Vyeny VOF. This way the students can pay for there own training. We hope that this will be possible in the future. For now we are still dependent on donations, sponsors and funds.
